As for our customization; Every outfit you can customize to any color for an additional $20.00. If you wish to do so please send us an email with the outfit, color and size and we will get back to you in less than 24 hours.
Is there a dress you want to be made or a style you really love? We got you covered, we can make any dress with any fabric customized just for you. All we would need from you would be your measurements which would include your bust, waist & hips. Our professional team will make sure to craft your dress to perfection.

To make things easier, our 2021 updated return policy gives our customer the option of free shipping on all domestic orders. If you don’t absolutely love your new purchase please follow the steps below.

- Simply place the item(s) back into its original arrival package
- Send it back to us. Any item(s) domestically with in Canada, the fee will always be covered by The Doll Hause
Once we have received & inspected the desired item(s) [ following the guidelines of our return policy ]
You will be fully refunded via store credit.
STORE CREDIT FOR ALL UNDESIRED ITEMS
If you are returning goods; That are of faulty merchandise, item(s) that need repair upon arrival or are damaged and needing replacement
[ Depending on the good condition and circumstances once received and inspected. ]
The customer has the right to be fully refunded for the item(s) via the original method of payment that the article was purchased.
48 hours after opening the received package ; if the item(s) are damaged with correspondence of the refund guidelines – the customer will be fully refunded by means of original payment – once we have received and inspected the returned item – the refund is than taken into place.
